I recently called at 3 a.m. in the morning because my AC shut off and I really was in need of the 24/7 service that I saw the company provided on the website. I wasn’t sure if this was actually 24/7 service or if it was going to be just an answering system like all of the other companies I had gotten in contact with prior to calling Armstrong Air & Electric, but my experience with them was different and beyond a success. I spoke to a young lady named Vanessa who not only walked me through the process on what to do to fix the problem temporarily for the meantime, but she got me transferred to somebody who scheduled my appointment within just a few hours. The technician came out and fixed the problem permanently, and I was super thankful for their service!

The worst thing that could happen in Florida is to have your air not cool during summer. Woke up to hot air and called on Saturday morning first thing and Jose Palomino was there to answer.
