"Omar Sabillion serviced my AC unit today, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was both professional and personable—efficient in his work and thoughtful in his approach. From bringing shoe coverings to walking me through each step of the process, Omar made sure I felt informed and completely comfortable having him in my home.

"We were EXTREMELY impressed with Armstrong’s service from beginning to end. Starting with Tami, she reached out & actually listened to our problem & immediately worked on getting us scheduled. She was soo kind & can tell she genuinely wanted to help us out. She made a stressful situation stress free! Armstrong sent out their tech Michael Pereira & we are so glad they did! Prior to arrival, Michael made sure to give us a call & provide his ETA. He showed up exactly at the time he said he would & immediately got to work. He was extremely professional, sharp, & respectful! He diagnosed the issue right away & got straight to work. We were VERY impressed with the whole service! He was thorough & explained everything he did in a way that made sense. Truly a 10 out of 10 service! If I could give this review more stars I definitely would! We will for sure be recommending Armstrong to others!"

Professional and knowledgeable techs, and excellent service from the Call Center. It's always scary when the AC goes out but the repair was just a few hundred dollars, and we were back to cool."

"I’d recommend the Armstrong team to anyone who asks. I needed my HVAC system replaced, Todd was very responsive and clearly explained all of my options. The pricing he offered was very competitive. He checked in throughout the whole process and stopped by to ensure the project was going well. The install team, Javier and Yandy, were very professional and courteous. They did a great job and left the worksite very clean. I’ll be using Armstrong for any additional HVAC needs."
