Update 8/14/25: Once again I had to use Armstrong Air for emergency services and they did a fantastic job. The technician Colbi showed up on time and was thorough at explaining issues and professional with his work. Our AC was up and running within 1 hour. The prompt response is impressive. Also impressive is the fact that they had the parts needed to replace on hand. No need to wait to have a part ordered.
I appreciate the prompt response given to my recent call for service. I called Armstrong Saturday morning at 8:30 a.m. and they were able to send someone out by 2 p.m. The technician Ricardo was very professional and was able to diagnose, explain, and fix the clogged drain. I highly recommend.

In August 2024, I experienced a leak from the bathroom fan and other areas in my brand-new building in Miramar, Florida. Many companies claim to offer 24/7 service, but none do it quite like Armstrong Air. At 3 a.m., I called and a friendly representative answered right away. She even guided me step by step on how to prepare my unit for the technician's arrival. I’m very impressed and would highly recommend their services!

Late afternoon Friday we arrived at our house in Clermont. Walked in to a 90 degree welcome. Even at the worst time ever, Armstrong sent a very good tech to me very quickly. Diandro found the problem but it is an old system and no parts were available. It was late on the Friday of Father's Day weekend. Because I was not sure when it might be fixed I bought a portable AC and some fans. Why am I telling this story? Because dude did everything possible to solve my problem. When the chips are down these guys will show up. That is why I respect and admire them.
