I bought a new heat VAC system and upgraded my 26-year-old two zone board, and Roberto and Ezequiel did a fantastic job. I had a quote and a call back from Anthony within 20 minutes of my call, once the HVAC tech Christian let me know that I basically needed a new unit and the cost of repairing the old one was half the cost of a new one. A Saturday install was scheduled, and they made every effort to get me up and running as quickly as possible.

Great local company! Installed new HVAC system in 2017 and performs twice a year maintenance checks. My system runs perfectly! Very responsive when I call and I get email alerts when it is time to schedule my preventive maintenance. They book out quickly so the alerts are a great customer service tool. I highly recommend Armstrong and Daniel (technician).

I’d recommend the Armstrong team to anyone who asks. I needed my HVAC system replaced, Todd was very responsive and clearly explained all of my options. The pricing he offered was very competitive. He checked in throughout the whole process and stopped by to ensure the project was going well. The install team, Javier and Yandy, were very professional and courteous. They did a great job and left the worksite very clean. I’ll be using Armstrong for any additional HVAC needs.

I can't believe how fast and efficient this process was! I called 3 HVAC companies and Armstrong called me back within 15 minutes of my request on Google. They sent out a technician the same morning and kept me abreast with text messages. Once a tech was assigned, they sent me a message with an email sharing the tech's picture. The tech, Michael, was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and explained the entire process. He got my AC unit up and running in a couple of hours. He gave me different scenarios and recommendations. I was so impressed that I ended up feeling confident in my own next steps as a homeowner. Thank you, Michael Sosa, for your hard work on this call. I forgot to add: We decided to replace our entire HVAC system. Armstrong sent Fernando, who was so patient in explaining the process. He was able to get us in the next day! I was so pleasantly surprised, since we were only here a short time. Yoani and Keiner were amazing! They worked over 5 hours and ensured that I was aware of everything they did to the unit. Armstrong installed a Carrier A/C system at my home recently along with the task of a complete overhaul of all components of my system. The team that quoted my system and performed the install, including Todd, Juan Arroyo, and team, were incredible. They showed up the day after providing their estimate and worked a 12-hour day to make sure the system was up and running for my family. All of the workers were very professional and knowledgeable, and the workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend them to replace, fix, or do any other maintenance on your home HVAC system.

Received an HVAC unit last November. Everything seems to be good. The technicians who came out were really great. The only downside of this company is Arlene, who answers the phone. Very cold and unhelpful. Definitely not what I'm used to when calling a company.

Anthony and Alex installed a new Carrier HVAC system in my home. They did terrific work. I have the outside compressor mounted 8 feet up on the side of my house. They evaluated what they needed and came back in less than an hour with a lift. They found some leaks in the attic ductwork and fixed it while they were up there. They explained the new system to me and educated me on maintenance. They removed all the old faulty equipment and had the new system ready for use in less than 7 hours. I am thrilled with the results. Alex even helped me hook the dryer back up (the attic access is in my laundry room and the dryer was moved to accommodate ladders and equipment). We have a house with zoned A/C and both of the units were struggling because of age (15 yrs+). Due to the expense of replacing a system, we did one unit with a different company with plans to replace the second unit the following year. During that time, the first company had dissolved and was under a new name. The new company was not capable of meeting our needs and honestly did not seem interested in trying, so that is when I reached out to Armstrong since they also dealt with the manufacturer of the first unit we went with (Goodman). My first contact was with Mr. Tom Hyatt, who was both patient and understood what I wanted and provided it. So we moved forward with them as the new contractor. The day the installation was scheduled, the install team showed up on time and got right to it. They did not make a mess in the house and frankly, I cannot recall a time when a team of people worked harder to get a job done. Following the installation, there were some finite adjustments to the system that needed to be done, and with a follow-up call to Mr. Hyatt, there was a tech at the front door. In short, I could not have asked for better service all the way around. It is my hope that Armstrong gives recognition to the installation team, the technician in the follow-up visit, and Mr. Hyatt for their professionalism and diligence. They do everything possible to provide great service to their customers even post-sale. It goes without saying that I would recommend Armstrong's services to anyone. Raymond

From the quote with Tom Hyatt to the installation with Sam and Lamuel, what a great experience! All three gentlemen are true professionals. Tom quoted me a price that did not change (actually, it did go down quite a bit from the original quote, as Tom informed me of things not needed, which was a plus). Sam and Lamuel were prompt and on time and got right to work. Installation was clean and neat! They walked me through everything installed with the new system and at the end were open to any questions or concerns. Tom had all the new warranty paperwork registered with Carrier before the installation was even done. All in all, this was a great experience with this professional team and would 100% recommend!

I was researching different systems, getting quotes, and reading reviews. After tossing and turning for weeks trying to make a decision, I called Todd back with a few additional questions. I found him to be very knowledgeable & honest. He answered all of my questions, and never once pressured or harassed me into making a decision. After speaking with him & reading the company reviews, I decided to go with my gut and have Armstrong Air replace my system. I couldn't be happier with my decision. Todd quoted me a fair price, which was more in line with my budget than other quotes I received. He worked with my schedule to get the installation done in a timely fashion. The two installers, Carlos & Anthony, who came to my home, were amazing. They were very professional, prompt & courteous. They worked diligently to get the job done. I was surprised when Todd showed up during the install. He came to introduce himself & see if I had any questions about the installation. He also wanted to check to see if the installers needed anything from him. I was very impressed by that level of customer service. Once the installation was complete, they cleaned everything, and left my home neat as a pin. They explained the new system to me and answered any questions I had. They also helped me set up my new wireless thermostat. I was very pleased with their work. I am so glad that I chose Armstrong Air for my project. They went above & beyond in my eyes. The Armstrong crew came the day they said they would be there and also on time. The crew worked in a severe rainstorm till the job was completed. They installed a complete heating and AC unit, a new condenser, and a new thermostat, plus upgraded my wire. They also were very clean with their work.
